Sports

Shrewsbury India will focus on creating a renowned sporting reputation, embodying the ethos of “ Serious Fun”.

We believe that sport provides pupils with the tools to develop both as an individual as well as within teams. We also encourage pupils to try sports they may not have had the opportunity to do before, such as fencing, scuba diving or rowing, and we will endeavour to nurture their sporting journey throughout their time at Shrewsbury.

Indoor Sports Complex

The school will feature a state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled indoor sports complex spanning an impressive 90,000 sq. ft. This complex will include exceptional facilities such as an Olympic-size temperature-controlled swimming pool, an indoor cricket arena, squash courts, badminton courts, an indoor shooting range, climbing walls, an indoor rowing facility, fencing, gymnastics, and squash, among others.
