Here at Shrewsbury India, we aim to give as many pupils as possible the opportunity to partake in the rich musical life on offer here at the school.
The majority of pupils at the school will learn an instrument; some will even take on more than one, and the ensemble experience covers nearly every style and genre.
For those interested in singing, the school provides several opportunities both within and outside the school. Pupils are also given the chance to audition for and participate in one of the school's regular musical theatre productions.
We strive to actively involve as many pupils as possible in music at the school, aiming to find the right standard for each individual.
All new pupils will have the opportunity for one trial lesson on the instrument of their choice, encouraging them to try something new upon arrival, regardless of previous experience.
